Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much arespected network who is currently seeking a qualified Home Health PhysicalTherapist to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: Home Health Physical Therapist

Start Date: 6/16 (Summer coverage)

Duration: 13 weeks, likelihood of extension

Schedule:

-40 hours per week

-8:00AM-4:30PM

-Monday-Friday

Contract Requirements:

-Reliable transportation

-Massachusetts license in hand

-BLS by start date

EMR: Homecare Homebase – strongly preferred
