Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a dedicated Biology/Physical Science Teacher to provide high-quality instruction and foster an engaging learning environment for students.

Position Start Date: August 2025

Salary/Wage: $45/hr

Terms/Schedule: Full-Time, Until June 10th

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards.

+ Deliver dynamic instruction using varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

+ Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams, offering constructive feedback.

+ Stay up-to-date with scientific advancements to maintain relevant course content.

+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and participation.

+ Work closely with colleagues and school administration to support broader educational goals.

+ Guide students in academic and career planning, advising on further education and job opportunities.

+ Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance in compliance with district policies.

+ Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

+ Must hold the required Biology/Physical Science teaching license (please specify).

+ Strong knowledge of biology and physical science concepts.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

+ Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
