Salary: $1120 / Week
Job Title: Behavior Technician / Residential Aide
Modality & Specialty: BT / DSP or Caregiver with experience with individuals who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Pay Rate: $28 per hour (Flat Rate)
Start Date: July 7th, 2025
Length of Contract: Minimum 13 weeks, with potential for ongoing employment
Hours/Week: 32-40 hours (Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for full-time hours and more)
Age Group & Demographic: Adults with Developmental Disabilities
Duties/Position Details:
+ Work as a Residential Behavior Technician within a home for adults with mental disabilities who exhibit a variety of behaviors.
+ May work in an all-women or all-men home (4 residents per home).
+ Typical responsibilities include supervision, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support, and therapy.
+ At least 6 months of experience with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) required.
+ Must be available for a 2-week orientation, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, from July 7th to July 18th.
