• Client Support Specialist

    Guardian Life (Holmdel, NJ)


    **Overview:** As a Client Support Specialist, you will partner with Guardian General Agencies to enhance the customer experience with existing clients. You will provide a high level of support to customers, agents and brokers on inforce policies.

    You are:

    + A strong communicator who can break down complex concepts into simple language

    + Excellent Relationship Management/Client Relations skills

    + Demonstrate abilities in time management, including managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines

    + Highly energized, motivated self-starter with critical thinking skills

    You will:

    + Collaborate with General Agents, Financial Representatives, and staff members to help service clients

    + Assist with policy issues and provide problem resolution

    + Identify potential sales and planning opportunities

    + Review policy information and run inforce illustrations

    + Deliver high level of support to clients, agents and brokers

    + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our consumers, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.

    You have:

    + 3+ years insurance experience and strong life insurance knowledge

    + Life and Health Licenses

    + College Degree or relevant work experience

    + Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability

    + Must be detailed oriented, able to follow processes and procedures and document effectively

    + Possess excellent time management skills

    + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

    **Location** : Bethlehem, PA, Pittsfield, MA or Holmdel, NJ

    Salary Range:

    $57,810.00 - $86,715.00

     

    The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
