    Sunlighten is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient Sales Operations Specialist to join and support our stellar Sales teams. This person would help improve efficiency and operational designs to drive growth as sales volume increases. You will be responsible for understanding and championing Sunlighten values & vision to maintain a superior experience for our customers and the sales representatives you will support. You will be auditing and analyzing sales orders, enforcing processes in Salesforce and other systems, and communicating to all stakeholders throughout the entire sales process. This team player thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to handle multiple competing responsibilities.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Quickly become an expert in Sunlighten's product and sales process by working with the current sales operations manager and team who will give you all of the tools you need to succeed

    + Collaborate with the sales leadership team, sales reps, accounting department, and other departments to ensure accuracy of sales orders

    + Conduct research and analysis of sales data and build reports to present to sales managers and stakeholders

    + Analyze and review sales orders for accuracy; help fix any errors found

    + Ensure all orders are approved with pricing and discount policies

    + Generate, manage, and own all documentation related to the sales process

    + Track KPI aggregation by building reports in Salesforce

    + Assist with new hire onboarding

    + Drive sales efficiencies

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + Must live in or be willing to commute to the Leawood, KS area to work from Sunlighten's HQ

    + 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar detail-oriented field

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

    + High School Diploma/GED + relevant work experience will be considered

    + Experience with Salesforce, DocuWare, or Netsuite

    + Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams)

    Pay rate for this role is $20-21/HR based on experience.
