    Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs.

    + Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required, ensuring system stability and security

    + Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues

    + Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications

    + Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP applications systems in S/4 Hana on RISE including Finance, EAM, CRM, EWM, and other relevant modules

    + Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP

    + Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices

    + Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures

    + Monitor system performance and conduct regular performance tuning activities

    + Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications

    + Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators

    + Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards related to SAP usage

    + Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems and data

    + Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP

    + Due to our obligation to provide continuous, reliable electric service to our customers, the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and the ability to work outside your regularly scheduled office hours when necessary is an essential function of the job.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    Specialist I- Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 6 years of experience.

     

    Specialist II- Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 8 years of experience.

    PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    + In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes

    + Proficiency in SAP modules such as Finance, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, or others relevant to the organization (ie: EWM, EDM, EAM, CRM, SCM)

    + Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

    + Experience in SAP security and compliance best practices

    + Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA on Rise is a plus

    + Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives

     

    Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
