    _With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining, we specialize in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and is hiring for a CNC Programmer!_

    **Schedule:** M-F 1 st shift

    **Pay:** $40-$50/hr _(not including bonuses!)_

    Responsibilities:

    + Program complex multi-axis CNC machines (using Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT)

    + Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability

    + Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times

    + Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions

    + Mentor and train less experienced operators and setup personnel

    + Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of CNC programming experience in a high-precision manufacturing setting

    + Strong hands-on machining skills and a deep understanding of multi-axis programming

    + Proficiency in GibbsCAM, Mastercam, or ESPRIT

    + Programming experience with ONE the following platforms is required:

    + **Lathe/Mill Turn Department** : Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150

    + **Swiss Department** : Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16
