    Position Summary:

    We are seeking experienced Data Scientists and Marketing Analytics professionals for multiple contract-to-hire opportunities within a consumer lending organization. These roles focus on supporting marketing, pricing, and operations strategy through data-driven decision-making, predictive modeling, and dashboard development. Candidates will apply advanced analytics techniques and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, validate data, and drive personalized marketing strategies. Roles are available across experience levels, from early career analysts to senior managers.

     

    These are hybrid positions working onsite 3 days a week in Riverwoods, IL.

    Essential Duties:

    • Analyze large datasets to support marketing, pricing, and operational strategies.

    • Design and deploy machine learning models and marketing mix models.

    • Build, prototype, and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.

    • Deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data enablement teams.

    • Perform A/B testing, segmentation, and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses.

    • Communicate data findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Ensure quality, accuracy, and documentation of analytics solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or related field.

    • 2–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, pricing strategy, or operations analytics.

    • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

    • Strong skills in dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

    • Experience with marketing mix models, digital marketing data, and personalization strategies preferred.

    Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

    • Clear communicator with a consultative problem-solving approach.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

    • Financial services experience preferred, but not required.

     

    Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

    Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $45 – 65.
