Job Title:Food Service Worker

Salary:$16.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team in a residential facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality food service to residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established guidelines and dietary requirements.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.

- Dishwashing

- Assist with inventory management and food storage practices.

- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining experience.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet the needs of residents.

- Provide friendly and attentive service to residents and guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Requirements

Education and/or Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

+ Knowledge of food is essential with some food production experience necessary

+ Must be able to work at a moderate to fast pace

+ Must have reliable transportation
