Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator at PruittHealth plays a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition and Partner Organizational Development teams by managing key recruitment marketing initiatives, partner referral programs, and career planning efforts. This role is responsible for coordinating internal communications, supporting hiring events, and enhancing employee engagement through strategic project execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about improving organizational effectiveness and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing:
- Send TA and Partner Referral Program emails (2–3 times weekly)
- Manage Partner Referral submissions, including milestone approvals and manual payouts (weekly/biweekly)
- Coordinate Job Spotlights (weekly) and Event Spotlights (monthly)
- Monitor and post on Glassdoor and manage SMS campaigns (biweekly/triweekly)
- Oversee Indeed/Vendor job postings, credit distribution, and performance reporting
- Act as a liaison with the marketing team for recruitment materials and event promotions
Organizational Development & Career Planning:
- Support Virtual and In-Person Orientation sessions (weekly/biweekly)
- Track and report ICP candidate updates, including arrival confirmations and check-ins
- Assist with career development initiatives and clinical hours contract liaison duties
- Manage university and school partnerships, including event registration, attendance tracking, and sponsorships
- Provide leadership reporting and insights (e.g., “Nuggets” for leadership, licensure list quotes)
Event & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate hiring event logistics, including SWAG orders and tablecloth tracking
- Plan and execute Braves and UGA game involvement, including budget-based SWAG purchasing
- Distribute seasonal graphics and maintain SharePoint resources
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field required.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in project coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
Experience in healthcare or a multi-site organization is a plus.
Additional Skills:
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems
+ Experience using Canva helpful
+ Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, AppCast)
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
