    Vendor Program Manager Senior

    Job Description

    The Vendor Program Manager is responsible for managing the outsourced vendor relationship, including leading, maintaining and growing the relationship between Prime's external vendor and our clients. The Vendor Program Manager will handle the management of vendor solutions, showcasing the value of those solutions to the market. This position partners with other departments to drive uptake within the vendor program.

    Responsibilities

    + Partner with outsourced vendor and Prime internal resources to monitor and ensure all processes are working to provide world class service; streamline and revise processes

    + Coordinate with vendor to ensure all performance metrics are achieved consistently

    + Support development of product marketing collateral, sales plans, and training for new and expansion products within the vendor suite of solutions

    + Responsible to review dashboard and provide timely reporting of all required metrics; validate accuracy and compliance with all contract stipulations

    + Provide leadership and guidance to outsourced vendor centers regarding program-management; ensure Prime processes and policies and government regulations are interpreted and implemented accurately at vendor sites to mitigate potential risk

    + Conduct market assessments as needed

    + Develop and present product training materials to client account management & sales teams

    + Partner with Marketing to create and maintain informative and compelling product collateral

    + Manage product performance dashboards and participate in development of new Product materials

    + Provide proactive management in the areas of problem identification and resolution, process improvements, compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, client issues and quality objectives

    + Review vendor's staffing plans and ensure vendor is meeting service levels for all skill groups; work with vendor to keep quality and customer service on track and provide guidance when issues arise

    + Operational management of capability functions

    + Other duties as assigned

    Education & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in business, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

    + 5 years of work experience in relationship management, vendor management and/or operations

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

    Additional Qualifications

    + Sound analytical skills, negotiating experience and effective vendor / client collaboration skills

    + Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills

    + Microsoft Office proficiency

    + Strong presentation skills

    + Action orientated, with the ability to identify, articulate and implement opportunities and resolve conflicts

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Vendor management experience

    + Product Management experience

    + PBM/health care experience

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and outside of Prime's core business hours

    + Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

    + Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

    + Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

    + Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

    Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
