Pine Acute Partial and IOP supports adolescents experiencing acute symptoms of depression and anxiety. Our program supports adolescents in stabilizing their mental health before stepping down to a lower level of care, such as outpatient. A main goal of our program is to assist adolescents in maintaining safety without the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
Our programs are empirically based and focus on teaching adolescents skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This is a full-time position, located on Perry Highway in Wexford. The dress code is business casual and parking is free on-site behind the building. The schedule for this role is daylight hours working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the expectation until 5:30 PM one to two times a week.

Responsibilities:
• **Quality Assurance:** Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• **Documentation:** Complete clinical documentation on the same day of service and provide necessary information for service authorization.
• **Case Reviews:** Periodically review cases and serious clinical changes with supervisors and clinical personnel.
• **Patient Assessment:** Assess changing patient needs and incorporate them into treatment plans.
• **New Patient Assessments:** Conduct assessments of new patients under supervision, document clinical decisions, and implement treatment models.
• **Therapy and Education:** Provide individual and group therapy, engage families in treatment, and educate patients on recovery.
• **Record Keeping:** Document all patient-related activities according to guidelines.
• **Service Coordination:** Discuss additional service needs with the clinical team and refer patients to appropriate care levels or community services.
• **Team Meetings:** Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss cases, update treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• **Productivity Records:** Maintain daily records of clinical productivity.
• **Treatment Planning:** Create comprehensive treatment plans addressing a variety of patient needs.
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required. (Successfully completed the educational requirements as defined in practicing state's code)
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred.
• Experience in diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Passed the examination required by 49.11. relating to licensure examination. Must sign a license agreement and be actively working to obtain the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Licensed Family Marriage Therapist (LMFT) within 30 months of hire.
