    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grant Grove in Kings Canyon National Park, California. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs and the replacement of facility mechanical, cosmetic, and operational equipment.     $26.00 - $26.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment

    + Perform carpentry, painting, and track operations

    + Ensure tools and equipment are in working order and keep maintenance room in neat condition

    + Conduct inventories and complete paperwork, work orders, and logs

    + Participate in fire prevention and other life safety programs and report accidents, injuries, and property damage to supervisor

    + Operate company vehicles for transportation of materials across the property

    More about you

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position

    + Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties

    + Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades

    + Must possess a valid driver’s license

    + No college degree required

    Physical requirements

    + Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint

    + Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

    + Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons
