    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Sales Growth & Strategy team with a focus on the Public Sector sales vertical. In this role, you’ll lead and manage key initiatives designed to improve sales execution, drive whitespace growth, and enhance data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Public Sector Sales Leadership team to align on priorities, coordinate efforts, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

    What you’ll be doing:

    + Partner with Public Sector Sales Leadership to develop new sales growth initiatives grounded in data-driven insights

    + Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of growth & strategy initiatives—from discovery and planning through execution and post-launch measurement

    + Collaborate with data analysts to interpret sales performance, identify whitespace, and uncover opportunities to improve sales execution

    + Drive initiative timelines, manage documentation, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders

    + Coordinate inputs across Sales Leadership, Data Science, Sales Enablement, and other partners to ensure alignment and execution

    + Build repeatable workflows and scalable processes that improve visibility and impact of initiatives

    + Track results and support the creation of dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Salesforce) to evaluate effectiveness

    What you bring to the table:

    + Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, especially in sales operations, sales strategy, or public sector sales settings

    + Strong business acumen with the ability to translate high-level sales growth strategies into executable project plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can engage with diverse stakeholders (from frontline sales to VPs) and build consensus across conflicting priorities

    + Comfort navigating ambiguity and messy data; you take initiative to clean it up, make sense of it, and turn insights into action

    + A collaborative mindset and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, especially when managing competing objectives or tight timelines

    + Technical fluency with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau, and a willingness to learn new systems to drive better reporting and execution

    + A deep sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability—you follow through, raise flags early, and ensure initiatives land with impact

    What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within sales strategy, or sales operations (familiarity with public sector sales a plus).

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

    + Demonstrated experience using data to drive project prioritization, planning, or execution.

    + Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Excel).

    + Experience consolidating and interpreting data across multiple sources, systems, or business units.

    What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

    + PMP or similar certification is a plus.

    + Experience supporting public sector go-to-market strategies, including knowledge of government procurement cycles, compliance requirements, or vertical-specific sales motions.

    + Prior experience in a matrixed enterprise environment, coordinating across multiple business units or regions.

    + Familiarity with change management practices or leading organizational adoption of new processes or tools.

    + Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, especially when working with executive stakeholders or decentralized teams.

    + Strong business judgment and understanding of sales funnel economics, whitespace opportunity sizing, or segmentation strategy.

    + Track record of driving measurable outcomes through cross-functional projects tied to revenue, efficiency, or scalability.

    + Comfort working in ambiguous or evolving environments with minimal direction—able to balance strategic focus with tactical delivery.

    + Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members or cross-functional partners in project management best practices.
