    Job Description

    + Collaborations across various business functions such as Marketing, Project Management, and Operations to define objectives and learning outcomes

    + Advise on design and develop the overall structure and content of the internship program.

    + Help identify and secure resources, such as guest speakers, workshops, and training materials, to enhance the internship experience.

    + Assist in the recruitment and selection process for interns, including advertising openings, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews.

    + Coordinate orientation sessions to onboard interns and familiarize them with the program objectives, expectations, and resources available to them.

    + Collect feedback from interns, mentors, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of the internship program.

    + Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall experience for future cohorts.

    + Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for program enhancement.

    + Other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    Pay Transparency

     

    This job posting may span more than one job level.The base salary range for this position in CITY is $25-30 annually.
