Identity and Access Control Specialist
The Identity and Access Control Specialist will serve as an IAM Audit Analyst and is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organizational systems and data by overseeing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures organization wide and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IAM processes and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. The Analyst will also provide guidance and support to business units regarding IAM policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements and will conduct periodic reviews of IAM policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
Job Responsibilities:Access Provisioning
+ Analyze user access needs, develop user access roles and add/change/delete user access accordingly using provisioning tools.
+ Efficiently process access requests for new hires, employees moving within the organization, and departing employees.
+ Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, adhering to security and compliance standards.
+ Manage access requests for file shares and multiple applications.
+ Respond to requests for new and established accounts.
+ Maintain account information in multiple databases.
+ Facilitate access requests and support for business-critical applications.
+ Assist with multi-factor authentication and VPN supported technologies.
+ Participate in on-call process and escalations as assigned.
+ Troubleshoot account creation, suspension/deletion, and access transfer issues.
Communication & Collaboration
+ Lead the process for documenting, analyzing and streamlining application account provisioning process.
+ Lead discussions with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly.
+ Analyze data and communicate risk to non-technical consumers, management and leadership.
Risk Management
+ Implement and maintain access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
+ Promptly respond and lead the reviews of business escalations for service issues or interruption.
+ In conjunction with management, lead user access audit reviews.
+ Collaborate with Technology and Enterprise Security teams to ensure that user and system account roles are designed considering principles of least privilege and segregation of duties.
Planning & Organizing
+ In conjunction with management, create and establish processes that ensure the consistent delivery of Access Provisioning tasks.
+ Assist in creating, reviewing and updating a How-To knowledge base of provisioning processes.
+ Develop new workflows or processes as assigned by management, including Role Definition, automation, access reviews, etc.
+ Participate in service improvement strategies for enhancing the delivery operations and processes within Comerica.
+ Assist with initiatives to improve operational effectiveness as measured by quality, resolution time reduction and customer satisfaction.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 4 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant or transferable experience
+ 4 years of experience in Relevant Access Provisioning
+ 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk/IT Customer Support
+ 3 years of experience with Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods and related regulatory obligations
+ 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
+ 2 years of experience with common provisioning systems (i.e. SailPoint, Okta)
+ 2 years of experience in an IT support or end-user support role
+ 2 years of experience working in an IT service environment with a team of advanced technicians
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Access certification experience in SailPoint
