We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. The Junior Recruiter will assist in attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
+ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and other sourcing tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
+ Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
+ Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
+ Job Postings: Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms to maximize visibility and candidate reach.
+ Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
+ Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
+ Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for recruitment activities, such as preparing offer letters and conducting reference checks.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field; internships or relevant coursework are a plus.
+ Skills:
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and social media platforms for recruitment.
+ Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Attributes: Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS)
+ Knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies
+ Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
