    Position:

    The IT Intern will assist with day-to-day operations within the IT department and provide basic support to operational departments across property. The IT Intern will exhibit process competence and provide training to staff as needed. The IT Intern will frequently aid the IT department as a critical member of the hardware team. The IT Intern will provide AV support for our special events department and property-wide events.

     

    This is a Full-Time Seasonal position located in Greenough MT.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Engage with IT employees, Resort employees, and guests with a smile

    + Assist IT staff with sending/receiving packages, office organization and inventory

    + Provide technical support for hardware and software to Resort employees and guests

    + Liaise with managed service provider and monitor ticketing system

    + Lead AV: calendar, hardware deployment, support, and breakdown

    + Provide weekend coverage as needed

    + Perform other job-related duties as requested

    Looking for team members with:

    + High school diploma, GED or vocational training, or job-related course work

    + Experience in Hospitality preferred, but those with relevant experience in other industries may be considered

    + Experience with Microsoft 365 suite

    + Valid State Driver’s License
