$600 or more per week - And it gets better

+ Driver Positions Pay Weekly

+ Solo Miles Pay: $0.60 per Mile with 800 + Miles per Week

+ Solo Stops Pay: $24.43 per Stop with 10 - 15 Stops per Week

+ Per Diem Pay: $26.52 per Night with 1 Night out per Week

+ Schedule: Monday - Saturday Work Options

+ Start Time: 10:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities.

+ Deliver SOLO To: TX, LA and MS

+ Route: Local Home Daily/Regional 1 layover per week

+ Tractor Type: Day Cab and Sleeper

+ Trailer Type: 48' - 53' Dry Van with Lift Gate

+ Equipment: Pallet Jack and Lift Gate

+ Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful

+ Freight: Touch – Automotive Parts

+ Endorsements: Hazmat - At Time of Interview

+ Must have 12 Months Hazmat Experience

+ No Automatic Restriction

+ Route delivery experience required

Requirements

+ Minimum 21 years of age

+ Pass a Ryder Drug Test

+ Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

+ Pass a DOT physical

+ Pass a Ryder road test

+ Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position

+ Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:

+ 9 months experience within the past 3 years, **OR**

+ 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, **OR**

+ 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years

+ Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

+ Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

**Important Note:** Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

Responsibilities

+ This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training and customer service

+ Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards

+ Maintaining accurate records and logs Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer

+ Other tasks as assigned
