SUMMARY
The Director, Global Innovation and Process Excellence is a key leadership role responsible for leading and developing Mannatech's Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) focused on driving innovation and optimizing business processes worldwide. This leader will execute strategies that foster a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking across the global enterprise. The primary focus is on identifying, prioritizing, and implementing impactful initiatives, processes, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, elevate the Associate and Customer experience, improve speed-to-market, and support sustainable growth within the global wellness and direct selling market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Leadership & Strategy Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of the functional strategy for the Innovation and Process Excellence GCoE, ensuring alignment with Mannatech's overarching business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking), and standards for process optimization and innovation management via the GCoE.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the GCoE team and champion these principles across global functions.
Innovation Program Management:
- Lead the process for identifying, evaluating, and managing a pipeline of innovative ideas concerning products (working closely with R&D), business models, digital solutions, Associate tools, and customer experiences.
- Cultivate an environment supportive of controlled experimentation and agile development.
- Champion relevant emerging technologies to enhance business performance and competitive positioning.
Global Process Improvement Leadership:
- Direct cross-functional initiatives to analyze, streamline, and enhance core global business processes (e.g., Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Associate Journey, Marketing Operations).
- Implement and manage process control systems and performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure ongoing efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Promote standardization where effective, while ensuring processes meet regional needs.
Center of Excellence Operations:
- Manage the GCoE's resources, frameworks, and tools to effectively support global initiatives.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to build process improvement and innovation skills across the organization.
- Promote effective knowledge sharing and collaboration platforms.
Collaboration & Change Leadership:
- Build strong partnerships with Directors and VPs across key functions (Sales, Marketing, R&D, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure project alignment and resource allocation.
- Champion change initiatives, clearly communicating benefits and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the organization and the Associate field.
- Ensure initiatives positively impact and support Mannatech's Independent Associates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Establish and monitor metrics to demonstrate the value and impact of GCoE initiatives (cost savings, efficiency improvements, satisfaction scores, etc.).
- Report on progress, results, and strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership.

Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree , Master's degree (MBA or relevant field) preferred. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt) are highly advantageous.
EXPERIENCE
- 10-12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with substantial experience in business transformation, process improvement, and/or innovation program management in a global setting.
- Demonstrated success in leading significant change initiatives and delivering tangible business results.
- Experience within Direct Selling / MLM, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Health & Wellness industries preferred.
- Experience working within or leading a Center of Excellence or similar shared services/functional leadership role.
