Qualifications & Experience

• What You’ll Be Doing:

+ 📋 Assign and oversee daily tasks for front-line Guest Experience team members

+ 💪 Motivate and lead your team to be “guest obsessed” and deliver top-notch service

+ 🛟 Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, ensuring happy memories

+ 🚦 Manage guest flow and queue areas to keep things moving safely and smoothly

+ 🧠 Support onboarding and training of new hosts — create a culture of learning

+ 📚 Keep accurate training and performance records

+ 📣 Serve as the Supervisor on Duty and lead by example during your shift

+ 💬 Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience

+ 🌟 Step into various roles as needed to support your team and attraction goals

• What We’re Looking For:

+ 🎓 High School diploma or GED

+ 🎡 At least 6 months in guest-facing or service roles (attractions/entertainment industry preferred!)

+ 😃 A fun, outgoing attitude with a commitment to excellence

+ 📞 Strong communication and organizational skills

+ 🖥️ Comfortable using standard office software and systems

+ 🤝 Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
