Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will lead on the definition and collection of user journeys , product persona s, and distribution channels . You will also help develop and execute customer-centric rollout strategies appropriate for scope, provide communication and training, and assist in developing appropriate operational readiness models by ensuring stakeholders are prepared with the right support tools. You will help the organization understand the impacts the changes are having on the users and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop rollout strategies. You will sit next to product teams while at the same time engaging directly with our customers to understand their process and needs.

The Product Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Lead the team in user journey mapping, product persona mapping, customer engagement and external product operations.
* Participate in activities to support and create strategy for new products.
* Assist the team with the implementation process for new products.
* Identify opportunities for product improvements and provide feedback to senior team members.
* Collaborate with the team on ongoing maintenance of the product lifecycle.
* Assist the team in ensuring product strategy is in alignment with business objectives .

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Desired Experiences:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 2+ years of technical product management
* 2+ years of experience with Agile product development and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
* Self-starter with ability to work independently
* Experience with Machine Learning, Gen AI
* Experience gathering and synthesizing customer and market insights
* Data Analysis
* Product Design
* Product Management Skills
* Release Management
* Requirements Analysis
* Experience using Atlassian Tools
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Level Degree (Required)

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
