    Position Description

    The Cost Accounting Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate cost accounting and reporting for our software and forms businesses. This role supports the month-end close and prepares\/reviews journal entries and account reconciliations. In addition, they will work with large data sets to identify variances and suggest process improvements. The supervisor plays a key role in the annual inventory and audit process and leads a team of cost accountants, ensuring accuracy, providing coaching, and fostering team development.

    Requirements

    Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting~^~5+ years of relevant experience~^~Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices~^~Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills~^~Leadership and supervisory experience is a plus
