Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Plus on-call rotation

What You'll Do

+ Tackle commercial floor cleaning jobs like stripping, waxing, polishing, and shampooing carpets

+ Work alongside a Crew Chief who'll train and support you on the job

+ Move furniture, prep spaces, and operate cleaning equipment

+ Help keep job sites and your work vehicle neat, organized, and ready to go

+ Follow safety guidelines and wear the right gear

+ Jump in to help on emergency jobs when needed

What We're Looking For

+ 2+ years of commercial floor care experience preferred

+ Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

+ Positive attitude with a focus on detail and customer service

+ Physically prepared for active work (lift 50+ lbs) and early mornings

+ Valid driver's license (Class E required within 30 days)

+ Commitment to safety and proper PPE use
