Job Summary:
The Food Service Worker plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality food and service in a timely manner. This position involves preparing, serving, and maintaining food items while adhering to health and safety regulations. The Food Service Worker is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, which includes maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area. Additionally, this role requires effective communication with team members and customers to ensure a smooth operation. Ultimately, the Food Service Worker contributes to the overall satisfaction of customers and the success of the food service establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Ability to understand and communicate in English.
+ Basic computer knowledge for handling transactions and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in a food service or customer service role.
+ Food safety certification.
Organizational Expectations:
+ Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
+ Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
