Summary Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Responsibilities Conducts project analysis concerning all aspects of current and projected financial requirement. Develops, maintains, and monitors reporting systems affecting local and regional projects. Utilizing input from Project Managers, updates current reporting mechanisms and Line of Accounting to match with MCCS Finance. Assist in the preparation and submission of local Central Construction Funded project packages. Plan, organizes work, and manages internal procedures and resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies. Prepares Logistics Division financial plans and related records, reports, and exercises authority on approved budget. Develops and maintains Logistics spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational PowerPoints. Provides support by analyzing Independent Government Estimates, Scope of Works, in the preparation of Command/Leadership presentations. Prepares supporting documentation for presentations and proposals. to all levels of Leadership. Assist Logistics Leadership with the preparation of Teams conference calls. Works with Planning and Development to document and track all planning tasks with Division Representatives and specified stakeholders to obtain desired results. Develops, maintains, and monitors construction material cost reporting systems. Provides accurate and concise data in support of Logistic Division MCI-WEST Regional Support initiative. Develops long-range plans in conjunction with internal operating directives and exercises internal personnel management authorities as delegated by the higher- level supervisor with regard to subordinate supervisors and employees in the office. Approving official for Logistics government credit card holders. Supervises employees to include assigning and distributing work, coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees; approving and disapproving leave; recommending and completing personnel actions; completing performance reviews and signing timecards; training employees. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment See Duties and Qualifications EVALUATIONS: Qualifications Must have 4 years¿ experience that demonstrates the knowledge of Federal policies, concepts, practices, principles and a finance or accounting background to develop presentations for various levels of the organization, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above. Displays exemplary computer skills. Must have the ability to deal and communicate effectively and tactfully with others. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. This is a white-collar position with occasional lifting up to 20lbs may be required.
