    Grower Sales Data Analyst

     

    Ensure effective execution, management & process design of sales data processes todrivecompliance andaccurateandtimelygrower sale data (GSD) collection and reconciliation. Leverage data to deliverkey business outcomes and protect the base business activities including the integrityand availability of data.

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end process of grower data collection, cleansing, and reconciliation, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and quality.

    + Cultivate a collaborative partnership with a third-party vendor to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex data sharing processes,facilitatereconciliation across tools, systems, and reporting, and assess the impact of this data on downstream programs.

    + Oversee essential metrics to drive operational excellence by monitoring performance indicators and trends, recommending enhancements, andidentifyingand resolving issues.

    + Engage in or lead cross-functional projects focused on grower data governance, error rules, and resolution.

    + Accountable for interpreting error reports, investigating the causes of data delivery discrepancies between systems, and resolving these issues for the assigned business unit.

    + Identifyand investigate technical system issues, communicate findings to key stakeholders, and collaborate with IT to implement effective resolutions.

    + Conduct advanced data analysis and deliver actionable recommendations that significantly influence business outcomes.

    + Apply a continuous improvement mindset to simplify operational processes and enhance efficiencies for both internal and external stakeholders.

    + Accountable for managing essential systems and supporting tools.

    + Proactively develop process documentation andfacilitatecross-training for team members and related groups and functions.

    + Participatein customer communication and callsregardingreconciliation of sell out data.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Bayer seeks an incumbent whopossessesthe following:

    Required Qualifications:

    + BS/BA in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Supply ChainManagement.

    + 5years' experiencein Customer Service, data management, or supply chain data analysis preferred.

    + Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

    + Detail oriented and highly focused on delivering results.

    + Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability toidentify, analyze, and interpret data toutilizein decision making.

    + Ability to understand complex data processes and transfer knowledge to team members.

    + Demonstratedleadership capabilities and professional maturity with the ability to influence across the organization and with customers.

    + Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and drive process improvements.

    + Strong communicationskills with the ability and willingness to interact with customers.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MS/MBA preferred.

     

    Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $84,954.54 - $127,431.80. Additionalcompensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).Additionalbenefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
