    Overview

     

    As the Vice President, Partner Direct you will manage day-to-day tactical plan needs. You will develop strong relationships with internal & external media stakeholders. Your goal is to develop innovative, multi-channel, healthcare media plans while fostering strong media partnerships to expand marketplace skill set specifically within the DTC space. This position reports to the SVP, Partner Direct. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Expert understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout You will have a strong understanding of how client business objectives translate into media investment and management strategies. You will possess a deep understanding of the planning process, the overall media marketplace and partner landscape. You will have a strong understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms You have an expert understanding of agency planning tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead Investment Strategy: Develop and execute a cohesive digital media investment approach

    + Break Down Channel Silos: Champion a connected investment mindset across internal teams and external partners, ensuring collaboration and consistency across media types.

    + Drive Marketplace Leadership: Own senior-level relationships with media partners across all direct investment partners, ensuring access to premium inventory, innovation opportunities, and first-to-market advantages.

    + Client Partnership & Leadership: Serve as a senior client contact for direct investment buys, providing guidance on budget allocation, optimization, and value creation.

    + Team Integration & Development: Align and lead investment teams on digital discipline, fostering a culture of cross-channel fluency and continuous learning.

    + Performance & Accountability: Ensure investments are tied to business outcomes through rigorous stewardship, tracking, and reporting processes across all media.

    Qualifications

    + 10+ years of progressive media investment experience in an agency or holding company environment

    + Proven expertise in both digital (programmatic, paid social, digital video, display, retail/ commerce etc.)

    + Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing multimillion-dollar investments

    + Deep knowledge of the media marketplace and established relationships with major media partners

    + Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

    + Ability to think strategically while also managing in-market execution

    Compensation Range: $146,490 - $230,460 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
