Please note that this is a hybrid role and will come into our Plano, TX office 3x a week.
Overview
This role puts you at the heart of an innovative way of working within Publicis Groupe, on a fast-paced account where no day is the same. Championed as one of the most exciting and forward-thinking pieces of business, you will be part of a pioneering team that supports a major electronics account. This team brings together the best of Starcom, Digitas, Razorfish subject matter experts which offers a unique, multidimensional exposure to a range of marketing issues and the ability to learn every day. It does require a fast thinking, highly collaborative, positive energy but will be very rewarding for the right person.
The Audience and Insights Manager is critical in driving media strategy, consumer research, and performance measurement efforts. This role applies data and analytics to address client business inquiries, establish best practices, and lead competitive and market intelligence for comprehensive insights that shape our clients' business strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who seeks both the numbers and the underlying reasons behind them, guiding and anticipating needs to propel the business forward. This position will lead the market intelligence roadmap, ensuring continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of the client.
Responsibilities
+ **Data Architecture and Solutions** : Design and implement comprehensive data solutions by writing complex SQL queries, developing architecture recommendations based on Google Cloud Platform best practices, and managing all stages of the data solution life cycle, including data analysis, ETL processes, and reporting
+ **Competitive Analysis** : Provide ongoing competitive analysis, including dashboards, recurring reports and ad hoc analyses covering media spending, creative launches, social activities, industry trends, and product news.
+ **Vendor Management** : Explore and lead vendors, expanding the data provider set through meetings and capability assessments
+ **Stay Informed on Trends** : Continuously monitor the evolving media landscape, industry best practices for business analysis and technology as well as staying current on emerging trends, to provide valuable insights to internal and client teams.
+ **Adaptability and Proactivity** : Be flexible, agile, and forward-thinking to adapt to shifting priorities, sometimes within the same day. Vocalize opinions, proactively recognize what needs to be done, and take action.
Qualifications
+ **Experience:** 3+ years working in an agency or research environment.
+ **Analytical Expertise:** Experience working with databases and ability to pull data and reports. Intermediate to advanced ability to query data with SQL statements required.
+ **Data Visualization:** Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Datorama.
+ **Strategic and Problem-Solving Abilities:** Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
+ **Adaptability and Proactive Approach:** Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and proactive action-taking.
+ **Collaboration and Communication Skills:** Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
