Accounting Clerk
The Opportunity
Family and Children’s Association (FCA) is an organized and detailed Accounting clerk for our busy fiscal department.
Responsibilities
+ Assist with document copying, scanning, and printing of cancelled checks and bank statements for government claims.
+ Support the annual storage of fiscal documents and maintain the MWBE binder with up-to-date certificates.
+ Collaborate with supervisor and Facilities Director to update vendor certificates as needed.
+ Aid Accounts Payable with check mailing and invoice filing, and support Accounts Receivable with check copying for deposits.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Minimum of one year of experience in an office environment.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; certification in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
