Description
SAIC is seeking a top-notch **Facilities Project Manager** to join our talented team in **Aurora, CO** . This position is responsible for providing the project and programmatic management expertise for the coordination, planning, management, and prioritization of facilities projects for the Client, ranging in value from $1M to $25M or more.
This role requires an **active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph** .
In this role you will serve as an interface between the client; stakeholders; Site Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support; customers; the architectural/engineering contractor, and the General Contractor on matters related to requirements, technical accuracy, prioritization, and project execution.
You will serve as a Facilities Project Manager overseeing and managing the tasks and functions related to the Client’s upcoming and current facilities projects.
The responsibilities include:
+ Serving as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple level
+ Leading and serving as the back-up on a number of different facilities projects
+ Ensuring project and contract deliverables are complete and accomplished on time, to the specified quality, and within budget
+ Maintaining document control
+ Advocating for and justify budget requests and project prioritization
+ Developing and delivering contract documentation, including but not limited to Statements of Work, cost and schedule estimates, and status reports
+ Inputting and maintaining project management data in the client’s system of record
+ Enriching project management concepts through knowledge, research, and proficient application of technical and visualization skills
+ Attending site visits and collaborating with other project managers to ensure requirements are addressed, verify quality control, address any technical challenges, and answer requests for informational
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
+ **Active TS/SCI with Polygraph**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, engineer, or architectural field and 5+ years of relevant experience in the IC, DOD, or the commercial sector
+ Note that relevant professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
+ Familiarity with facility architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners
+ Demonstrated experience overseeing facilities contracts (design, studies, O&M, and/or construction)
+ Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
+ Demonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gates
+ Knowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codes
Desired Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of the Client’s operations
+ Experience with Microsoft Project and conducting schedule analysis
+ Project Management Institutes’ PMP or equivalent project management certification
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
