Are you a high-performing automotive sales leader ready to take your career to the next level? Ricart Automotive is looking for a General Sales Manager (GSM) to oversee and drive the growth of Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, and Genesis sales operations.

As a cornerstone of one of the largest automotive groups in the Midwest, this role offers the opportunity to lead four powerhouse brands with strong market presence and untapped growth potential. We're looking for a strategic, energetic, and people-focused leader who can motivate teams, maximize performance, and deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of sales operations across Hyundai, Kia, Nissan & Genesis showrooms

• Develop and execute brand-specific sales strategies that align with company goals

• Drive performance metrics including volume, gross, PVR, and CSI

• Coach and develop sales managers and their teams to reach full potential

• Monitor inventory, pricing, incentives, and trends to optimize profitability

• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record as a General Sales Manager or similar senior sales leadership role

Deep knowledge of dealership operations and manufacturer relations

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

Experience working with import brands (Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, or Genesis a plus)

Data-driven decision maker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
