We’re looking for a **Mobile Maintenance Technician** to oversee multiple commercial facilities in **Lancaster, California** . In this essential role, your expertise will directly impact building safety, comfort, and reliability for the people who depend on these systems every day.

     

    What You'll Do – Your Day-to-Day Impact

     

    As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you won’t be tied to one location. You’ll travel between facilities, delivering top-tier maintenance and repair services to a wide range of building systems. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Operating, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire/life safety systems.

    + Performing preventative maintenance to ensure systems stay in peak condition.

    + Recording operational data, adjusting equipment as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

    + Inspecting and calibrating equipment, replacing parts, and maintaining HVAC systems at optimal performance.

    + Managing inventories of tools, parts, and hazardous materials with precision and care.

    + Coordinating and evaluating maintenance work completed by external contractors.

    + Ensuring safe, clean, and efficient work environments at all assigned locations.

     

    What You Bring – Key Qualifications

    Required:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 5–7 years of experience in commercial building maintenance

    + Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

    + EPA 608 Type II Certification

    + Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other basic computer applications

    + Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between job sites

    Preferred:

    + EPA 608 Universal Certification

    + Trade school education in electrical systems, refrigeration, or HVAC

    **Pay Details:** $47.43 per hour
