About the Role

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of advanced aerospace components. Your work will directly contribute to revolutionary systems that impact lives worldwide—today and for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist engineers with manufacturing operations, including setup and calibration.

+ Perform rework and quality testing on components and final assemblies.

+ Use specialized programs to collect data and make on-the-fly production adjustments.

+ Help develop and follow procedures to optimize the manufacturing process.

+ Support experimentation and testing alongside engineering teams.

+ Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (education will be verified).

+ At least **2 years of hands-on experience** in a mechanical or manufacturing environment.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read technical drawings.

+ Proficiency with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic geometry/math.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow detailed written instructions.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing.

+ Familiarity with epoxy and silicone adhesives.

+ Comfort handling hazardous materials per OSHA standards.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Pay Details:** $25.33 to $25.91 per hour
