IPS - RMB Products is seeking a Laser Sintering Technician who assembles Laser Sinter parts following drawings and work instructions. Overtime will be required. The work is done in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Job Accountabilities:

+ Prepare SinterStations

+ Clean Process Chamber, Door, Laser Window, IR Sensors, Roller, etc.

+ Monitor and calibrate Laser Power

+ Validate N2 and coolant Flow

+ Weigh, sift, vibrate, and load plastic powder

+ Understand basic SinterStation control operations

+ Perform rough and final break-out of completed builds

+ Document cake conditions including color, firmness, and anomalies

+ Perform glass bead blasting operations

+ Sort and file tensile coupons

+ Perform sanding as required

+ Basic SinsterStation and Chiller Maintenance

+ Change Filters

+ Calibrate Laser Power

+ Chamber Lights, Laser Windows, etc.

+ Perform Minor SinsterStation Repairs: change seals

+ Perform chiller maintenance

+ Change Filters

+ Aid in other aspects of production as requested by Production Management

Job Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Years' Experience: 0-1 years' of relevant experience in Manufacturing

Skills:

+ ERP systems, specifically Visual Manufacturing is a plus

+ Basic Computer Skills

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer provided specifications

+ Lift up to 50 pounds

+ Evaluate processes and communicate process steps for documentation

+ Great attention to detail

+ Meet Workmanship standards

+ Work cooperatively with others

+ Review work products of others to ensure conformance to expectations

+ Requires compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and Company work rules as well as written instructions

+ Requires a flexible and cooperative attitude, which includes when asked to perform other duties or tasks that are not listed within this job description but within the scope of this position .

+ Requires communication skills both written and orally in the English language

+ Requires excellent safety practices, which includes keeping a clean work area

+ Interpersonal skills are essential and vital to maintain an organized warehouse

+ Effectively process change through RMB feedback and reviews

+ Requires personal responsibility and accountability meeting workmanship standards with little supervision to complete assignments

+ Must maintain the confidentiality of all projects, customers, and RMB

+ Additional training and/or education may be required

+ Standing: working with machinery for long periods of time

+ Sitting: computer work

+ Repetitive movement

+ Ability to operate a fork-lift and overhead crane

+ Lifting no more than 50 pounds alone and assisting in team lifts of more than 50 pounds
