Position Summary
Obtains materials from suppliers at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality, reliability of source and urgency of need. Analyzes quotations received, selects or recommends suppliers and schedules deliveries. Checks and approves for payment invoices for orders placed. Manage and maintain ESH program including processes and training to ensure compliance. Help manage and maintain ISO program requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Purchase all WIP, safety, shop & office consumables.
+ Manage and maintain ESH program/processes to ensure compliance and manage auditsObtain pricing for quotation requirements.
+ Expedite all purchase orders to ensure due dates are met.
+ Negotiate pricing to continue to gain the most cost-effective price
+ Check and approve/maintain invoices for payment in SAP for orders placed.
+ Develop & maintain the calibration schedule.
+ Review & process all non-conformances of purchased material and ESH findings
+ Coordinate, maintain & provide training for ESH procedures.
+ Provide administrative support.
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of purchasing experience OR equivalent education and experience.
Experience:
+ Related purchasing experience is required.
+ Repair Shop experience is preferred
Other Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
+ ERP experience is required; SAP is preferred
+ Negotiation skills
+ PC Proficiency
+ Office process experience.
+ Product knowledge
+ ESH experience a plus

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range
Annual salary range is $51,700.00 - $76,700.00, plus benefits and incentive plans.
