Position Summary...
Seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer for Walmart’s Finance UX team. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build powerful, streamlined experiences for Finance associates. Successful candidates will think strategically, communicate value clearly, and carefully steward the craft and efficacy of associate experiences.

Team (Finance Product UX)
At Walmart we’re building the future of Finance- transforming Walmart’s financial practice with cutting-edge technology and data. The Finance Product UX team supports Walmart’s financial operations from end to end- empowering associates, reducing costs, and automating repetitive operations to help our company grow. This role will support a broad portfolio – leading small teams in the research, design, and launch of multiple products.
What you'll do:
+ **Engaging Communication:** Develop engaging, visually compelling narratives that communicate design intention, strategy, and captivate stakeholders.
+ **Cross-function Collaboration:** Partner with cross functional peers and stakeholders to execute product strategy and communicate UX value.
+ **Product Discovery:** Work closely with partners and users to validate product strategy, define clear use cases, map user journeys, and gather the information needed to build exceptional products.
+ **Product Design:** Leverage UX best practices and available frameworks to sketch, prototype, and demonstrate product experiences at the right level of fidelity for communication and development.
+ **Design Expertise:** Leverage your design skills to share knowledge, enforce best practices, and build product / experience quality and outcomes.

+ Advanced knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals (written, verbal, and visual)
+ Advanced knowledge of UI tools (ex. Figma) and design systems
+ Strong communication (written, verbal, and visual)

Your Portfolio:
+ Shows an end-to-end process for solving a problem, explaining how UX insights inform design solutions.
+ Shows consideration for user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
+ Shows examples of high-quality UX and UI deliverables.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
