Position Summary
The HR Manager will help manage the core HR operations for the Premier Physician Network with a strong emphasis on physician and provider relations, change management, physician retention and engagement and driving for results. The HR Manager will partner with PPN leadership across multiple locations and specialties and navigate the complexities of rapid growth and academia.
General Summary/Responsibilities:
• Focus heavily on change management, helping the organization navigate growth, restructuring, and physician group integrations.
• Help develop and implement physician retention and engagement plans across multiple locations and specialties.
• Resolve complex physician relations issues with discretion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of clinical workplace dynamics.
• Design and execute retention plans aimed at reducing turnover and strengthening long-term provider satisfaction.
• Possess a strong working knowledge of physician contracts, compensation structures, and employment policies.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to measure outcomes, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions to drive results.
• Be able to communicate at various levels of the organization and have the ability to influence key stakeholders to drive results
Essential Duties & Functions:
+ Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, supporting growth, restructuring, and the integration of physician groups across a complex, matrixed healthcare environment.
+ Develop and implement comprehensive physician retention and engagement strategies across multiple locations and clinical specialties.
+ Address and resolve complex physician relations issues with professionalism and discretion, demonstrating a deep understanding of clinical environments and interpersonal dynamics.
+ Design, implement, and monitor retention initiatives aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing long-term physician satisfaction and engagement.
+ Apply expert knowledge of physician contracts, compensation models, and employment policies to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
+ Utilize HR data, analytics, and key performance indicators to identify trends, measure impact, and support data-driven decision-making.
+ Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, leveraging influence and leadership presence to align key stakeholders and drive organizational goals.
