Position Summary...
The Fulfillment Product team is responsible for the technology that powers our Fulfillment network, driving optimization and AOP initiatives to support eCommerce growth. They deliver transformational technology solutions for our Business, Associates, and Customers.
The Senior Product Manager will bring Supply Chain expertise, provide cross-functional influence, and support data-driven decision-making while focusing on utilization of AI/ML Integration and Digital Transformation.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. We are not considering remote applicants, but a full relocation package is available for candidates not local to the Northwest Arkansas area.
What you'll do...
+ Develop and enhance moderately complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; collecting and analyzing customer and product data; turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritizing product backlog; executing on user and business acceptance criteria; and managing roll out of product features
+ Work cross functionally with multiple teams to execute and deliver the desired business outcome
+ Track Data and KPIs and leverage AI tools to optimize existing capabilities and innovate for the future

+ Experience working through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
+ Written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and evangelize a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
+ Domain knowledge in warehouse technology, Warehouse controls and execution systems, omnichannel experience
+ Previous experience working in a highly automated Fulfillment Center/Distribution Center environment a plus

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
