    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of program execution from inception to completion, with a focus on products and channels that support both employee communicators and the larger digital employee experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that enhance our digital workplace.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

    + Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and employee communication tools.

    + Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project planning software and methodologies.

    + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Experience in change management and organizational development.

    + Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital communication and employee engagement.

    + A passion for improving the digital employee experience.

    + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

    + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

    + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

    + Knowledge of digital employee experience platforms and tools.

    + Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.

    + Experience in change management and organizational development.
