Job Summary
We’re looking for a well-rounded art director / designer with an excellent portfolio and the ability to adapt style and approach from project to project. Someone who can look at each assignment holistically and critically with an eye for both the big picture and the fine details. This person will be well-versed in ensuring sophisticated & effective design decisions to achieve agency and client goals across brand level and campaign level executions.

Core Responsibilities
The Design Director will work closely with the Creative Director managing a small team of designers — briefing on projects and providing direction and feedback. Responsible for understanding the brand identities of all clients and how to direct designers accordingly to deliver high quality work. The Design Director will report to the Creative Director regularly to review progress updates.

Although working closely with the creative director, there will be a good amount of individual ownership and design direction in this role. We are looking for a person equally excited to collaborate and take ownership of their assignments — always looking to push projects forward & further. We love to work collaboratively and want the candidate to also come to the table with their own ideas and lead from the front. This art director will be working from start through delivery of final product. The candidate should be able to concept in the early stages but also work with designers to fine tune the details before presentation and production. We want a team member who understands the importance of each part of the process and knows how to effectively articulate the work to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
+ Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Wordpress, Content Organization/Strategy, and Figma.
+ Preferred experience in Illustration skills, Adobe After Effects, and an eye for motion graphics
+ A critical thinker with high level conceptual thinking but also an eye for detail
+ Flexible in design style with a focus on high quality
+ Excellent client facing skills
+ Passionate about design and visual storytelling
+ Experienced in prepping and sending design to print and managing the printing process
+ Well-equipped to handle all forms of design such as print, packaging, branding and more
+ Able to delegate and prioritize tasks

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $153,927.36 - $230,891.04
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
