Job Summary
Drive Indirect Channels sales and revenue growth by establishing best-in-class sales enablement, partner programs and field marketing that reflect the business and industry needs, working closely with sales leaders, channel partners, technology service distributors and technology alliances.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
+ Leads Indirect Channel’s Solutions Advisor Program marketing efforts, responsible for partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue velocity and expand channel partner ecosystem.
+ Grows share of wallet in channel and manages best-in-industry programs by recruiting, engaging and retaining partners, establishing and tracking KPIs and defining white space opportunity across the channel.
+ Develops and manages Executive and Signature Tiers of partner programming.
+ Builds Indirect’s Field Marketing plan, scoping around high priority geographies (in-footprint, out-of-footprint, EMEA)
+ Coordinates closely with sales across National Partners, including TSDs and VARs, managing sponsorship, investment and activation strategy.
+ Oversees partner investment budget (MDF), utilizing reporting to track marketing ROI.
+ Shapesgo-to-market activities with technology alliance ecosystem, specific to channel.
+ Coaches, mentors and advises marketing staff. Positive role model to team and champions eNPS and team health.
+ Consults and communicates across broader marketing and sales organization in both the development and launch of program plans.
+ Supports Indirect Channel’s internal communications strategy and efforts, leading monthly and quarterly sales organizational meetings, newsletter development, etc.
+ Travel required 25-50%
