Customer Experience Associate III
Must reside within 25-mile radius of in of Plano, TX area!
Payrate $22 per hour
Training Program up to 3 months
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM CT (No Weekends)
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Associate III, you will provide document review and data entry support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration support.
Requirements For This Role:
• High School Diploma
+ 5years of office experience
• Banking or financial industry experience a plus
• Proficiency in use of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• 45 wpm
• Well organized along with strong computer typing skills for effective note taking
• Must be able to talk to clients on the phone and enter notes in the application software simultaneously
• Excellent Customer Service, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry and proof-reading skills
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time
• Experience with computers and navigating through application software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Will be required to submit to fingerprinting as required by the SEC prior to hiring position

Job and Responsibilities:
+ Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes from shareholders, financial institutions, clients, or others in a timely manner following standard protocol for caller verification prior to discussing personal identification information
+ Must be courteous and professional to callers
+ Will key call notes and information into the shareholder account on the application software while simultaneously discussing the account with the shareholder, financial institution, client, or other authorized party
+ May place outgoing calls, write and send emails, or faxes to shareholders, financial institutions, clients and others and may attach documents or forms as needed
+ Will receive incoming documents from electronic and hard copy formats and identify document type and purpose
+ Must process incoming documents in accordance with SEC regulations and company requirements
+ Must proofread and key information accurately from documents into the application software
+ May scan documents into the shareholder account in the application software ensuring SEC requirements are met
+ Must be able to sit at a computer, answer phone calls, key in shareholder account notes in the application software, prepare, receive, or respond to emails, and key documents electronically for 8 hours a day
+ Must be able to learn and navigate the in-house application software
+ Assist the Account Manager as needed and perform other duties as assigned
+ Must comply with all company and SEC policies and standards related to this business

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $22.00.
