We’re seeking a Production & Installation Manager to oversee operations in York, PA and surrounding areas. If you have experience in acrylic bath systems and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

+ Oversee all aspects of installation and production for bath remodeling projects

+ Hire, train, and manage the installation team

+ Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and ensure positive feedback from all clients

+ Communicate regularly with customers regarding project timelines and satisfaction

+ Plan and schedule installations efficiently

+ Review sales contracts and coordinate with the sales team before ordering products

+ Manage vendor relationships and oversee inventory and warehouse operations

+ Ensure proper permits are obtained where required

+ Maintain detailed customer folders and production schedules using our CRM

+ Provide ongoing training and support for quality control in installations

+ Coordinate warranty and service calls with follow-up reviews

+ Analyze job costs and service calls to recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

+ Proven experience with acrylic bath systems (required)

+ Background in quality assurance (required)

+ Strong leadership and team management skills

+ Excellent organizational and communication abilities

+ CRM proficiency and comfort with digital scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)

+ Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
