    Canvassing Manager – Leadership Opportunity

     

    Appleby Systems – York, PA

     

    Appleby Systems is seeking a driven, experienced leader to manage and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. This is a hands-on management role with opportunities for career growth, performance bonuses, and leadership development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead, train, and motivate a team of canvassers

    + Drive team performance and meet daily goals

    + Work in the field alongside the team (11am–6pm, afternoons & weekends)

    + Monitor results and report on team progress

    + Recruit and onboard new team members

    + Strong leadership and communication skills

    + Previous canvassing or sales experience

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
