Kelly, in partnership with a rapidly growing mechanical professional services company, is looking for a Chiller Services Manager in North Central New Jersey.

This is a direct hire role meaning you will be hired permanently by our client and offered their strong benefits upon hire!

+ Compensation potential is $250,000 annually

+ Typical work hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

+ Lots of overtime available during peak summertime season, on call every few months.

+ Strong bonus potential around 10%

Role Overview:

You will lead a team of Chiller Technicians, potentially adding more to your team in the future as this client continues to grow! This role will begin as a very hands-on role, in the field with your team, and will eventually lead to a hybrid role where half of your time will be spent in the office and the other half in the field. Ideal Qualifications:

+ Five+ years of HVAC experience and three+ years with Chillers

+ HVAC license, EPA certification, CIRO, CARO, OSHA 10, OSHA 30 and Refrigeration certification preferred, but not required

+ Strong leader with good judgement, a coach and mentor.

+ Face to face communication with clients and direct reports

+ Provide technical support, manage and train the Chiller Team as needed and facilitate knowledge transfer when applicable with internal and external teams

+ Main escalation point for technical issues for the field and to corporate office

+ Ensure Team properly completes all required projects, warranty and service documentation

+ Oversee preventive maintenance, repair, installation and replacement of associated chiller equipment control systems and HVAC as needed
