Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Developing and implementing recruitment/staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers
+ Serve as the ‘voice of the people’ in all discussions
+ Ensuring all Levy and legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner
+ Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures
+ Overseeing onboarding and orientation training for new team members
+ Leading efforts around employee engagement and retention at the location
+ Coaches team managers to understand business information and the key performance levers
+ Ensuring efficient and welcoming team member check-in experience
+ Overseeing team member investigation and progressive discipline procedure - partnering with Heather as needed
+ Moves between strategic and operational thinking to execute strategy
+ Ensuring all team member information is accurate and up to date within the location HRIS system
+ Ensuring the timely processing of all unemployment claims
+ Works with location leadership to ensure staffing levels are met making recommendations to adjust and meet needs
+ Recruit and evaluate non-profit groups to staff event locations ensuring they meet all required onboarding criteria and qualifications
+ Coordinate and deliver training for NPO groups focusing on compliance with alcohol and sanitation policies and guest service standards and processes
+ Maintains organized records of NPO group contracts, event participation, training completion and licensures, preparing necessary reports for event days and commission compensation
+ Serves as the primary liaison for NPO groups, ensuring alignment with company policies and providing ongoing support
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
