ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist with worksite orientation.
+ Coordinate SYEP participant placement at designated worksites.
+ Review all worksite agreements and attachments for thoroughness prior to the program start-up.
+ Maintain and review all worksite folders for accuracy and thoroughness following DYCD policy and procedures.
+ Schedule worksite visits and assign worksite monitoring duties.
+ Supervise and manage SYEP site monitors during program operations.
+ Review and enter monitors assessment reports into the YEPSonline database on a weekly basis to ensure completion and ensure that worksites are following DYCD policies and procedures
+ Organize and log timesheets in an orderly fashion.
+ Report all issues regarding to SYEP participants and worksites to the Program Director.
+ Prepare and organize the Debit and ID cards distribution.
+ Provide ongoing support to worksite monitors and
+ Assist with any program activity deemed necessary by Program Director.
Supervisory Responsibilities
+ Manage a team of 8-10 Site Monitors.
+ Provide leadership and direction to the teams to ensure the delivery of high performance, acting as an enthusiastic, positive and motivated coach.
+ Take full responsibility for the performance management of the teams to ensure that quality and deadlines are achieved and maintained and that any issues are managed in line with RiseBoro policies, procedures and guidelines.
+ Coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff.
COMPETENCIES
+ Must have at least two years within the last five years of experience providing youth development or workforce services for youth.
+ Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
+ Must be able to meet set deadlines and multi-task.
+ Demonstrated ability to supervise staff
+ Must possess intermediate computer skills and be detail oriented.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
+ Must possess a High School diploma or college credits and two of relevant experience.
