The right person for the position must have the skills to maintain a building by doing repairs and maintaining the property. Responsibilities:

+ Must be able to replace countertops, drywall, painting, flooring and other apartment items

+ Must know how to inspect, maintain, repair and replace alarms, (fire and health safety alarms)

+ Maintain property grounds, facilities, and equipment

+ Have the knowledge of painting and codes of paint

+ Conduct apartment inspections

+ Must be able to do landscaping and grounds keeping

Qualifications:

+ Must have 2 years experience with property maintenance

+ Must have 2 years of residential plumbing, carpentry, general maintenance, and electrical

+ Must be able to lift 50lbs or more

+ Must be able to pass a criminal background

+ Must be a people person and able to communicate clearly

+ Must be able to work weekends and on call

+ Must have own transportation

+ Must be able to start immediately

+ Must have some tools
