    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $19 - $22 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Resident Service Assistant:

    + Greet existing and potential future residents as directed

    + Provide residents with courteous and professional service as directed

    + Create and Maintain Accurate Community Records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Applications

    + Assist in maintaining all office files

    + Ensure office tidiness and appearance by keeping the area clean and organized at all times

    + Receive monthly rent checks from Residents for the Owner

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Previous customer service experience required

    + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    + Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

    + Must be experienced with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Office Filing

    + Work Days: Monday through Friday

    + Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Lunch from Noon to 1:00 PM)

    + Background check and drug screening required

    + Motor Vehicle Report
